Our institutional partner, the International Network for Christian Higher Education (INCHE), announces an online workshop on Christian Faith and STEM Teaching.
On Thursday, 12 October 2023 at 1400 UTC, several faculty members from two universities will consider how faith shapes their teaching in STEM fields such as biology, computer science, engineering, mathematics, and nursing. They will explore questions like what challenges were posed with them as Christian teachers? How are they attempting to answer them? What is the Christian rationale behind their pedagogical choices?
This event is cosponsored with the Kuyers Institute for Christian Teaching and Learning and the deVries Institute for Global Faculty Development, both of Calvin University.
